I'm cleaning up and repairing two old ADA flangers for my band-mate buddy. He's been using an 18 volt, tip (center) positive power supply. They work with this supply, but one of his complaints is that the flanger doesn't sound like it used to. Knowing him he may have just grabbed whatever supply had a plug that fits, and any labeling on the flangers is long gone. Does anyone know for sure what voltage and polarity these things should get?
