86 HAMER Blitz Zulu

Guys I need your advice, Jamming last night and ,,, the guitar just died,, electrically,, traced it down to the post,, so after all the years of use it is time to replace them.

I would like to know what is the best brand to get, or if anyone has period correct pots  VOL, VOL, Tone.

Talk to Roy at RS Guitarworks.  They have kits available.

I would suggest further exploration rather than just ripping the guts out and replacing, unless the original setup was never to your liking. Your guitar "dying" is likely a fix far simpler than replacing all the innards.

Check the input/output jack too as they can get funky over time.

Thanks for the helpful in-site, After putting my trouble shooting skills to work,, it wound up being the 3 way toggle and poor contact. after gently resurfacing the contacts this baby is rocking full tilt..
