BadgerDave Posted January 6, 2017 Posted January 6, 2017 Like new condition, at least 9.5/10 with original case. Signed on the back of the headstock by builder Bob Shade ( I don't think this is unusual, but it's a cool feature). I've had this for a couple of years and take it out of the case occasionally, but it's not a regular player for me so I'm moving it on. This is, IMO, the best Hallmark color - Plum Krazy. It plays exceptionally well with very low action and a great tremolo. Very similar in function, feel and range to a Bigsby, but easier to string and better looking. The neck is medium thin, bigger than a shredder, thinner than a Hamer vintage, C profile. Frets are like new, no finish damage. The pickups sound like medium to low wind P-90s, very clear, full and clean. They work well with a variety of fuzz pedals. I was surprised by the quality and workmanship. Honestly, this feels like a much more expensive guitar. NOW $750.00, Shipping and insurance included. Sorry, US only - international shipping has become a nightmare. PM or e-mail with questions. I can take more photos. The Supro amp is not included.
Carl.B Posted January 6, 2017 Posted January 6, 2017 Hey Dave cool guitar! I did a quick google search and found this on Guitar Players site thought it might help answer anyone's questions. 60s Custom
cmatthes Posted January 6, 2017 Posted January 6, 2017 I was very close to snagging one of those (in that finish) for my son when they first came out. Very nice guitars, and not what I expected at all - much better!
