peedenmark7 Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 crazy question ;but dont want to waste the servers space with a ton of subjective replies.... does anyone have a good picture reference of a newport vs. an es-335 { I know its smaller] just wondering what this piece looks like on an average sized man...?I am considering adding another hollow body and am thinking beater 6120 gretsch to gig.... but if the newport is a bit sdmaller yet retains some of the same hollow body feedback/tonal qualities I may go this route to stay the hamer course live "pictorially"...some feedback please....thanks john

peedenmark7 Posted January 26, 2006 Author Posted January 26, 2006 thanks for the private replies thus far......I should probably better explain ....feedback isnt the end all here, definately wanting some of the warmth of a 6120 knowing a smaller body isnt gonna fully get me there....yet would like something that does readily feed without getting uncontrollable like a byrdland or the nasal howl of a 335 ...is an L6 , or lifeson type hollow body equiv . close ? some warmth, clarity definately not compromised... and feeds upon demand.?
