Modded Epiphone Valve Jr transformer ID

Not sure if anyone around here can help ID an output transformer just by the label, or any of the other parts.

I picked up this modded Valve Jr about 15 years ago to have as a low watt tube practice amp. It has a tone control added. I usually bypass that cuz I think it sounds better. Also has a gain control added as well, modded with a master volume and a line out on the rear. It had the transformer upgraded so it’s supposed to be pushing closer to 10w.

Fender branded 6v6, Groove Tubes el84 and some other shots of the guts.

Anybody know how to ID the output transformer from the label...?

According to 'the internet' 🧐 it is from Allen Amps and made by Heyboer.  Description is of a T011S but mentions the T011C, which I can't find on there, but haven't made much effort.  http://www.allenamps.com/trans.html

TO11S Heyboer output transformer rated 4,000 ohms primary to 4 or 8 ohms secondary. It is the same as the above TO11C but mounted on its side the short way to prevent transformer coupled hum. It will now be the standard OT for the 10W Chihuahua. Excellent choice for a 6L6 or EL34 single-ended amp using either a 4 or an 8 ohm speaker load. 3-1/8" mounting centers. It is the same physical size as my TO22 transformer

Cool amp!
