Pickup identification?

Laz

Question

Going out on a limb here, but does anyone recognize the brand of this pickup just by looking at the photo attached?  I don't have the guitar in my possession yet so I can't just pull it out and look on the back.  The white part looks DiMarzio'ish, but the black part has what appears to be half of a rail and the other half has three of the six pole pieces you'd typically see on a humbucker.  Just seeing if anyone is knowledgeable of this pickup.  Thanks!!

It reminds me of a railhammer but I’m not sure they ever did a version with all normal poles on one bobbin.

Any chance it’s a Reverend guitar?

No, it's a black Hamer, Studio I think, Slammer Series written in small letters on the headstock underneath the larger Hamer logo.  Made in Korea, and I'm guessing somewhere around mid-90's.  Picked it up for $200 bucks yesterday!!  Still has to be shipped.    Pretty positive it didn't come from Hamer with these pickups.  So I'm just curious what these might be.  Guess I'll find out when I pull them out, hopefully it says on the back.  I'll post better pics when I get it and clean it up and change a few aesthetics, etc.

I think its some type of Mighty Mite or an Artec pickup.  I vaguely remember seeing an ad for those in the guitar magazine in the 90's .

Artec makes many of the pickups found in guitars from Korina, I am sure some are just rebranded as well.

The Artec filter Tron style pickup is the exact same dimensions as the RT pickups found in Reverend guitars. When I first saw the Rail hammer pickup from Reverend I remember thinking I've seen that concept before on a pickup.

Interesting.  Thank you very much, bruce919.  Now at least I have two more things to search online and see what I can find!
