Price lowered to $350 plus shipping, hardcase now included (if you want it - it'll add shipping costs) I just picked up this later Korean archtop. This is by far the cleanest, nicest MIK Hamer that I've come across. No fret wear, and very minimal overall wear. Like I always do with the MIK Hamers, I replaced the pickups with something significantly better. In this case I went with a set of brand new Epi Probuckers. I've used them in a few guitars and always liked them. These sound virtually identical to Gibson Burstbuckers. I used them here because they're a little thicker & fuller (read: darker) than some lower output PAFs, and in the Hamers with a thinner body compared to an LP, I usually find that lower output PAFs can be a bit weak sounding. Aside from the pickups, the guitar appears to be 100% original. I filed the fret ends, fully polished the frets, cleaned & polished the whole guitar and gave it a full setup. It looks and plays beautifully. Super smooth, highly polished frets & beautiful rosewood fretboard About the only marks on the guitar were a couple chips on the top of the headstock that I touched up. Hard case included if you want it.
