I'm selling a near mint Mini Vent II Leslie simulator with the original box.  Don't think I have the manual, but it's available for download on their site.  Has velcro on the bottom that covers the S/N label.  

I have two and don't need this one.  It is the dead level best Leslie pedal I've heard.  Adjustable parameters through smart technology using the footswitches and an internal "gain" for guitar versus keys or line level stuff.

They are $399 new.  I'll take SOLD shipped in the lower 48.  Cheapest on Reverb I've seen is $275.  If you like spinning speakers, this is your box.
