HamStd Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Hi All: A couple more up for grabs. 1. ’81 Hamer standard, serial number 0459, no breaks or repairs, original sunburst finish. It has been routed for a Kahler trem (don’t like using a trem, just crank up the spring tension and you have one of the best adjustable bridges that was made-individual string height adjustment just like Paul Gilbert recommends. Very nice flamed top (good at all angles), original frets in excellent shape, original pickups-nicely matched, the neck pickup will get “bluesy” on you and a lead pickup screams. Some wear on the back to the wood (normal slung low belt buckle wear) and typical nicks around the edges. Has the original hamer hardshell case with red furry lining. Asking $3850 plus actual shipping, 2. ’96 Hamer Duotone p90, excellent condition 9/10, no breaks or repairs, original sunburst finish. All electronics original and in perfect working order. Frets in excellent shape. As many of you know one of the secrets of using a duotone is to cover the sound holes and you can alter the tones from your guitar (especially with the piezo pickup) and this one does it the best of my duotones. Could be the combination of the p90s which I actually think are a better match then the Duncan humbuckers. Comes with original hamer hsc. Asking $1050 plus actual shipping. Prefer doing cash deals, but if you have interesting trades bring them on. Cashier's check and Money orders work the best if you can. If you have any questions or need more information contact me at Hamstd@gmail.com Thanks for your time. Peter.
