Like the OP I am also a sunburst guy, however I have no regrets with my AG Monaco Elite. When you find a good one at the right price, I say you buy it unless the color really bothers you a great deal! The majority of Hamers generally look darn good.

I saw that Dumble for sale a while ago, but decided to buy a 100w Fuchs Overdrive Supreme instead. Close enough for me, and it really sounds sweet when I plug in my Hamers. Sometimes I even get up early just to hear it cranked up a bit!

Very sad news for me, but thankfully I now own every USA Hamer model I ever wanted and that would be 7!!!!

Speaking from one who owns an ME along with the following, I would suggest a Studio with P90's, Newport Pro, Monaco 3, Artist, Duotone, Mirage I. They will all pretty much give you a new and different tone palette. I would tend to go with something hollow with P90s for a nice change!

I am headed there later this year, what place are you talking about!
