      Hi Jim,

      After more thought, there are too many things I would want to change that would make this trade unattractive to me. Guitar seems nice enough but ultimately I prefer alnico pickups and a rosewood board. Given the choice of keeping what I have versus the trade I think I would rather stay put. I really do appreciate the offer though
