Willie G. Moseley Posted June 28, 2025 Posted June 28, 2025 The home office of Vintage Guitar Magazine asked me to come up with a list of a dozen songs that are quintessential Ralphs material. It's now up on Spotify, and I included a few notes as to why I picked thm. Your omments solicited. Enjoy the listen: https://www.vintageguitar.com/79275/a-mick-ralphs-sampler-definitive-listening/

Actually, the pic above playing the White Strat is Paul Rodgers, not Mick Ralphs. Here's a pic of both of them. Mick is playing the Sunburst Strat. Haha. I had my old Canon AE-1 camera. I was at college. SIU-Carbondale. Here's an insane story... I was doing my laundry at this little place and in walked the entire band to do their own laundry!!! I got to chat with them before the show. Rock-n-Roll is so glamorous!
ZR Posted July 1, 2025 Posted July 1, 2025 Nice pics! Yeah I have a friend that does websites for a lot of punk type bands. And sometimes when they come through town in Atlanta he'll host them at their house so they have a place to crash. He's done that with Creepshow after we saw them in concert. I was picturing some after show party etc. but he said after driving all over the US in a van pulling a trailer of their gear that all they wanted to do was eat, take a shower, and crash. Very cool band BTW!
