Monitor color adjustment?

I'm using 2 monitors from different brands and the colors between them isn't even close. Is there a trick to dialing them in? They don't have to be perfect, but closer would be nice.

Mac or PC?  On Mac go to system settings> Displays> Color Settings and choose a different profile or create a custom one with the "Custom" setting.

PC. I already gave up. I'm sure somebody could do it, but that somebody isn't me. Close enough.
