When he opened up online, I was 16. I had recently purchased a TS9, and it was good, but not great. Read a review of one of his modded Tubescreamers and an interview with Trey about what Mike had done for his tones. Sent him my pedal for the Trey treatment (Brown and Silver Dollar mods with true bypass), and that was my only dirt or boost pedal for a decade, and remains one of my two favorites, alone or stacked, over 30 years later. 

Get em while you can!
