lonote049 Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I stopped by the Edina Guitar Center for a few minutes on my way to rehearsal yesterday and noticed a Korina Artist in excellent shape for $765 and a red, Floyd-equipped USA Cali in good shape for $399. I'm a bass player and don't need them...you might.

cloakerz Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 399.....usa cali?!??? there's about 75,000 people going to line up for that one. better buy it quick.
JES1680 Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 I stopped in and took a closer look. The Cali is pretty beat with the usuall rust on the tremolo / pickups and lots of dents. Some really cool star stickers on the back NOT. The AK P90 has alot of stank on it and is missing the cap to one of the grovers. Some corrosion on the pickups, but a good cleaning would make it a decent guitar. Didn't seem too banged up. I bet they'd take $650.00 for it.They also have what appears to be a mint tripple threat for $2199.00
MrHiwatt Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 I think the Cali is actually a Diablo 2 humbuckers Floyd. I played it it felt alright but was used hard . A good stage guitar or some TLC would spruce it up.Mr Hiwatt
JES1680 Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 Yes, I don't know why I couldn't think of Diablo, but didn't think it was a Cali.
lonote049 Posted July 18, 2006 Author Posted July 18, 2006 The sales guy told me it was a Cali. As a bass player, I am not all that familiar with the guitars.
