srvwannab Posted December 29, 2006 Posted December 29, 2006 I am kind of in de-acquisition mode, but my three pickup P-90 Korina Artist like yours has survived the cut. The combination of the super-warm jazz tones in the neck and the ability to roll off the volume and get servicable (not better or worse, just different) Strat neck tones and then to go the bridge pickup and get the that P-90 spank~ great guitar. Still can't figure out when to use the middle pickup, but I'm sure it will come to me! It is a ton of guitar, and not just a ton of the guitar "for the money" as is often said with Hamers- it is a ton of guitar.

I didn't have it too long, but for some reason I haven't clicked with korina P90 guitars. I had Nightwolf's burst P90 Korina Artist and I never clicked with it. I thought maybe the triple pickup would work better for me, but alas no such luck.But it's a seriously killer axe even if not the axe for me.
