Dumo Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I'm looking to buy a P90 equipped, solid body preferrably but maybe semi-hollow too. Medium neck, 7-8.5 lbs. in ex condition.? Anybody got anything like that for sale? I sold my GT P90 Studio Custom a few months back and miss it. Let me know. Send pics to jdujmovic (at) eastonbellsports (dot) com. Thanks.

On a side note, do Hamer wraptail bridges intonate properly. I really want a Korina Jr. but I'm a little weary of tuning issues.

DavidE Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I have a chunky neck '94 P90 Special that took a LOT of searching. Seller said it has Gibson Historic P90s in it, but never pulled them to look. In fact, I haven't really played it so maybe it's a good candidate for the chopping block. Cherry red. Let me know you're interested.

Dumo Posted March 20, 2007 Author Posted March 20, 2007 How Chunky is chunky?I like necks somewhere in between a 60's slim taper and a '59 neck in Gibson-speak. Basically, the nut width has to be 1 11/16" since I have fairly big fingers and string spacing can't be too tight and the depth not shredder thin. Not baseball bat fat. I had a PRS with a wide/fat that was borderline too big. Hamer's "modern carve" is comfortable to me.
