SteveB Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 I love this amp, but I'm overloaded with amps at the moment and the Mark IV gets to stay due to versatility. Lonestar Classic, 1x12. Very Good to Near Mint condition, no tolex tears, minor scuffing. Previous generation model (no 10 watt option) in blue and silver. Killer tones out of both the clean and drive channels, more saturation than you might expect. Sorry, I don't have the casters for it. Nice demo of the Lonestar ( and the BB preamp) can be found here: $1100 shipped and insured CONUS. Would take a Mesa Theile as partial trade, but otherwise no trades.
sirDaniel Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 If you're a vox lover, like me, this one will round off the collection. Provides the biggest, most luscious CLEAN you've ever heard. Has a superb hi-gain to compliment (not as organic as a valvetech). SS/tube rectos, 6v6, 6L6, EL84, tube loop and world class reverb. why the H would you ever take the casters off???

DavidE Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 They're actually not that expensive direct from Mesa (much cheaper than Marshall casters and they're better).
