Yeah, to clarify, I am certainly not accusing the seller of anything. He is warning about the SN himself, certainly not attempting to hide it.

Mine is anyways.Hamer made the change sometime in 1990, so the 89's and some of the 90's have a pickup ring around the bridge humbucker.
