bobbymack Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 Here is a Custom Shop designed, really nicely built and finished 60th Anniversary MIM Strat upgraded w/ a Callaham trem block, arm and string tree, locking Fender / Schaller tuners, straploks, a mint green guard that really sets off the Blizzard Pearl finish (now being used on new American Standard strats)...USA made Texas Special (not the original TexMex) pickups, 9.5" radius, med jumbo frets on a super comfy tinted satin finished chunky modern C shape neck. I've had comments on this guitar's looks every time I've played it out, looks great under stage lights as its sort of translucent / iridescent / metallic. True color is closer to 2nd pic than the first... Will ship in a molded Fender USA Strat case rather than gig bag...$SOLD shipped and paypalled in CONUS. Excellent + condition, tremendous bang for the buck on this one! There are questions re: vintage frets as their spec sheet (erroneously I believe) states vs the medium jumbos I believe they are (the USA 60ths had med / jumbos and I think they make very few guitars these days with the old tiny fretwire). A pic is below...fwiw I hate tiny frets because I bend alot, and these are definitely not tiny vintage frets...I wouldn't buy a guitar that had them
