I contacted the seller, does this make any sense?

I asked him, what guitar was it originally from, and would it fit a '78 sunburst.

Here's what he said. Sounds kinda funny to me:

the bridge is new old stock,

it was never mounted anywhere.

Hamer never made bridges on their own,

compare it to your Hamer bridge,

that's all I can say.

I doubt that is of 70s vintage at all. That shop does not have a great rep at all from what I've seen on the net. Proceed with caution...

Yeah, I'll stay away. I asked for measurements, guy never responded. Seems fishy.
