harry65 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 http://s267.photobucket.com/albums/ii281/hcarson65/ .....................wanted to post these here for you guys before they hit the truly evil bay , the 1986 tle has the fastest neck i've ever played, it is astounding, very wide and thin , almost no fretwear, took a spill off my stand at a gig first week i got it , you can see the two finish cracks behind the bridge, it also cracked the black baseplate under the pu selector, my genius tech made the replacement you see which to me looks tons better, it's made out of wood but i don't know much more than that , he said it took a few coats to get it as close as possible, duncan custom custom in bridge and two gfs medium outputs in middle and neck , neck is as straight as can be , if you are a shredder this will blow you away , plays faster than all three of my cali's ever did which i never thought was possible , short gibson scale btw, sustain block , fender case fits like a glove , the finish cracks and pu selector thingy aside it's pretty darn clean for a 23 year old guitar , plays like a shredders dream and sustains for days , $825. plus actual shipping , paypal is cool..................the bassman i believe is a 69 , sounds just amazing , most beautiful early breakup you will find, you will understand why srv played these, i'm the farthest thing in the world from an amp tech but i believe it to be all original with the exception of the fuse holder i had replaced last year and the three prong plug i had done at the same time, tryin to get away from amp and cab and do a 1x12 combo or i wouldn't sell this , jj's have only about 15 hours on them, $500 plus actual shipping , only trades i'm interested in are other fender combos (deluxe reverb, hotrod deluxe, princeton reverb, or maybe an ac30, yadda,yadda,yadda), call me anytime at 561-602-0880 or email me at bestwatchstore@yahoo.com , be cool guys...............................ps, now that i finally figured out photobucket(i think) i'll get ya some pics up soon of my hamer arsenal......................
