eightyfour Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Gasping for air!! And counting my coin jar.
BadgerDave Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Curious - are there treaded bridge inserts for a stop tailpiece under the "Custom Made" plaque? Absolutely beautiful guitar!
santellavision Posted December 31, 2009 Posted December 31, 2009 Vintage Gibsons with the same plaque did have threaded Stop tail inserts under. Thus, the reason for the plaque to cover. I would bet this does too. Worth a question to the seller.

As soon as I realized it, I backed off peeling it off. Now based on what you told me, I wondering if I could probe to see if the inserts are there. If I was a betting man I would have to say yes know that old habits died hard. BTW, I know the Heritage guitars vs the Hamers have come up in discussion. I belong to both Fan Clubs and I feel to be in good company with fellow guitar soul mates at both sites for the same dam reasons. Screw the guitar giants, we are actually going to build what they want and not what we want and market it to tell them otherwise. Although with the Hamer sell out to Fender who knows now. Heritage is stay true to their roots. God Bless them all. Gasping for air!! And counting my coin jar. Hey eighty four I would be willing to work something out with you if you wanted. It's been 4 days and not a bid on this baby. I talking Maryln Mornoe kind of beauty here. I really don't need to sell her, but for various reasons I put her up. Test the waters? $2400 for this baby when she was born.
