Power Conditioners

I am (yes, still) considering purchase of an Eleven Rack and the thought of a power conditioner comes to mind. In the beginning I have no plans to take this thing out of my house. We have, to the best of my knowledge, consistent, reliable power from the Weakley County Municipal Electric System (TVA) and we built our house (wired to code) in '98.

I never leave anything guitar-related plugged in while away, much less turned on - so, would I need to buy a power conditioner with the Eleven Rack?

(I understand that if I actually took it out to strange places a power conditioner would be cheap insurance)

Depends - if you're a stickler for consistent tone, then you should probably opt for the power conditioner. With only one rack effect (Korg SDD-2000) and my amp, I notice a fair variance in tone without one. Could be the grid system we have here and the varying demand loads, but it's definitely noticeable.
