installing a Kahler finger tite LN

Way back in the day I had my '76 Stratocaster Floyded and the luthier suggested a Kahler finger-tite (Deluxe) string lock as they fit over the Strat's truss rod rather well. After 27 years, the string lock broke. Just shattered. So, I ordered a new one. But how to remove/install? There are 4 screws, two of which are easily accessible, the other two, not so much. I'm guessing a right angle phillips head screwdriver is the only way to get at the two hard to reach screws. But it's a shallow depth to say the least.

Anyone ever put on/take off one of these?

Just did this-

You have to remove the flips. The pin is a SCREW- look at the ends and you'll see one has a slot (straight, not a Phillips) for the screwdriver. Unscrew it, remove the pin and you'll have easy access to the other two screws holding the base down. Easy peasy Mac & Cheesy.

Ah hah.

However, I did try to unscrew the pin and was less than successful. Need a REALLY small straight head screwdriver... :o
