WTB: Case for Hamer 1978 Sunburst

I put the guitar in a aftermarket Les Paul Special case and it fit in, but was tight on the lid. The neck tight on the rest but the body is not flush or supported. When you closed the case the guitar was pressed down lightly, which put stress on the neck.

But, we found out that it fits snug in a Gibson 1st series protector case. But the shop wanted € 250 for for it, which I found a bit high. Luckily my luthier has one in great shape that he sell me for € 170. So I'm going for that for the time being.

I bought one of these back when he was first blowing them out for $45.00 shipped!.............and I posted it here...............soon many of the HFC members were getting them as well..............hell he must have bought out the whole warehouse! The prices have gone up now of course but this IS the same case I have my Black 79 Sunburst in and it fits VERY well even though its not a original 79 Hamer [LP style] issued case.The 90s era Hamer issued cases do have much more padding and are very well made by TKL. For the price even with those other considerations to get it to you............it IS a original "Hamer Case." Buy it!

I just received my "Monaco Elite" case today from this seller and from what I can tell it fits my 1979 Sunburst perfectly.
