Looks like the fret board was scalloped. Sizable crack in the finish near the neck pocket. Is that an active p'up in the bridge position?

I have two diablos, and both have that crack. I just wish my aztec gold diablo was in that good shape. I need to take it down to Greg and either have the frets L/C'd or replaced.
