Shishkov basses?

Also remember that Mike is not looking to build copies of Hamers, but will likely be focusing on his own designs.

 I'd want something completely different from what I have or have wanted that's already out there.

i was thinking of a scroll cut Shishkov logo body in wood with frets, tuners, pickups, a nut, strings, and a bridge.

Now that's a stadium logo right there.

This is a strange assertion.  Copies of Hamers?  I dip in and out of the Shishkov area on this forum and of the 50 or so builds done so far, they seem very much weighted in favour of Standards/Explorers; the very model that became the Hamer stock and trade.

I'm sure the majority of buyers are ordering Shishkov Standards because they want to get a quality hand crafted instrument that carries a Hamer vibe and not because it's a 'copy of a Hamer'!
