Zooming in reveals that the outer bands are a different hue than the headstock paint, yet a dead-on match for the neck binding.
deadringer Posted June 1, 2017 Author Posted June 1, 2017 Yeah, that would be too much effort for Gibson to pinstripe the headstock. Probably easier to bind it. Though I'm just guessing.
