cmatthes Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 It's a 1996 T-51, made in Arlington Heights, IL. Realistic sale value? They typically go for @$800 on the lower end, maybe $1,100-$1,200 on the high end if there's a ready buyer, assuming all-original and clean condition. Examples with the original cases tend to command the higher end of the scale, because those are strangely tough to find for some reason. They're great guitars, and easily rival a good Fender Telecaster, but some can be very heavy, which makes them a bit less desirable. The earlier ('94, '95) swamp ash bodied ones tend to be the heaviest on a fairly consistent basis, but sometimes you can find later ones that are medium weight, and possibly even a lightweight one out there. It looks like the 3-wat blade switch is missing the black plastic cap. That's an easily obtained part, usually for under $5.00 on eBay. A regular Fender or equivalent part will work.
