tbonesullivan Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 I have a few Hamers from the 90s, and half of them are missing a screw on the control cavity. I tried looking at the hardware store, but nothing matched exactly. Does anyone know where I can source these and complete my diablos?
Dutchman Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 I think the size of the screw is a #3 by 3/8 long, most hardware stores stop at #4. I’ve used these. They’re not original replacements but close. https://www.philadelphialuthiertools.com/screws-nuts/pickguard-and-backplate-screws-for-gibson-guitars-qty-25-black-finish/
Dave Scepter Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Get a hold of Kim "Big Sammy's big House O' Gear"... I needed some back plate screws and he sent them with some knobs that I purchased~
