analogsystem Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 PSA though I am interested in this one. 🤩 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hamer-Special-USA-1980s-Black-RARE-40-YEAR-OLD-GUITAR/293783402882?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 Seems like a good deal for an 80s checkerboard special. Other than the weird paint chips on the headstock do you experts see any issues? Does the bridge look crooked? Cheers!
Joe G Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Was talked about in this thread before the seller dropped price: Â
velorush Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 ‘82, if it matters. The paint chips around the tuners happen when someone tightens the tuners too much on those. Lots of them out their like that. No idea about the yellow splotch top center of the headstock.Â
Joe G Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 A.L.H.O.T scratched on the back of the body right below the heel of the neck. Â
Joe G Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 HFC'er LostArt has a special for sale on reverb at $1,200. I'd take any one of the ones below over the black one on the Bay.Â
