cordroad Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Picked this up a couple of months ago and have decided to move it. Single channel 1x12 with reverb and trem and hardwired footswitch. Had it serviced upon arrival. Tech replaced the reverb tank, 1 tube and a cap. Speaker is a Jensen special design C12R. Not original but is correct for this amp, difference being the frame design. The amp is butt ugly but it sounds wonderful.I want $300.00 for it. If you live in the Pittsburgh area we could arrange to meet vs. shipping it. Otherwise I'll work with you on the shipping cost to the lower 48 only. MO's preferred.http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e344/cor...timspics005.jpghttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e344/cor...timspics009.jpghttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e344/cor...timspics007.jpghttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e344/cor...timspics006.jpghttp://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e344/cor...timspics008.jpg
BCR Greg Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Killer amps!Nothing like a pissed off cathode biased amp to wear away at your soul.....
cordroad Posted April 14, 2006 Author Posted April 14, 2006 SirDaniel,as far as I know these amps were strictly set up for guitar amplification, but then again, I'm far from an amp expert. I have an old Sano amp that actually had inputs marked for accordian and microphone in addition to guitar and instruments.
cordroad Posted April 14, 2006 Author Posted April 14, 2006 Update. My art major daughter, home for the weekend, hand lettered the control panel in gold ink. The temporary masking tape labels are gone. Looks a whole lot better now.
jujisque Posted April 19, 2006 Posted April 19, 2006 No problem Tim. I'm looking forward to getting my first tube amp.
