Single coil body inserts needed

Hi hfc experts! Can anyone point me in the right direction where I could get the inserts that the single coil adjustment screws thread into?

If you can't find what you're looking for, you can always plug them and just use a round headed wood screw with a spring

You can find them in the specialty boxes for furniture attachments at Ace or Lowes. There are 2 types. Splined or screw in. It appears yours where of the splined variety. Clean the holes out back to wood. glue and insert the new one. I like to put a screw in the insert to help with installation and keeps glue off the threads.
