Found this on the Verb. No affiliation. Pricy? Yes but looks like new for its age. Does anybody know if the Bill Lawrence pups are stock? Mine is loaded with Slammers.

Something is fishy about this one.  Maybe a Google Reverse Image search will turn something up?

 

I'd swear I've seen this ad before and not in NY nor Switzerland...
