interesting ibanez trem, bearing or bushing instead of the 'knife edge'? (nhc)

This is a made in Indonesia S470 (I think) I saw at a pawn shop today.  I had a Korean ibanez with a similar trem for a short time a few years ago.  It looked like a good guitar (with tri stressed neck), but I think they were asking $450, which is a lot for made in Indonesia, I'd probably pay $250.

Any of you have long term experience with one of these trems?

Interesting variation on a FR. Doesn’t look like much the saddles have very much travel for intonation.
