Case I don't have the original case I could ship with a gig bag or if u really want ahamer case I will ship in one of my hamer sunburst case......the neck is on the thin side I think it's 24 frets I'll check when I go home from work....as far as the scale length I'm not sure ,maybe some one could help....

I bought this guitar about a year ago I think it's a Chap ..It's USA ebony board with boomers .the pickups r quad rails with coil taps .They soung real good ..The bridge is a Charvel floyd rose made in Germany ..I don't know if the finish was taken off this guitar,It looks cool ,but I never saw a natural wood finish on this model ..(someone on the board would know better) The guitar has a headstock repair ,It had a crack on the back of neck .repair is soild there is also know serial # so I don't know what year it is ...the guitar needs to be set up ,plays nice now ,but when u dive bomb on the trem it goes out of tune...
