I came here to learn more about a guitar I had already purchased and needed a case. A member came through quickly with a case. That was nice to have a quick response for a need. I still make this a weekly, at least, visit as the Superpro hooked me first, then I HAD to get a Monaco Elite, then the "right" color daytona came along that I may, just may, be the most surprised by. I don't know what was in the water at Hamer when my Daytona was made, but I freakin' love it.  I , like others, have had custom shop strats, vintage reissues and modern takes from Fender and other boutique builders, but the Daytona just sings for me. Yes, it's freakin heavy. My back is lucky I don't play out. For some reason many Hamer neck carves fit my hands. The Daytona is a medium thin, kinda wide, flat board and the two monaco's are vintage carve, but I love them both.
