Why wait?  If anybody here doesn't have a Cruisebass, you should consider getting one.  Your only issue should be, "Should I get generation one or generation two?"  My advice?  You could save yourself the heartache, and just get both.

Had a '96. But I'm not a bass player and it was waaaay nicer than I needed.
