The_Cali_Kid Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 Very cool guitar, has a few nicks but overall looks to be in great condition. Was offered up on Facebook for US750 less a couple of months ago by the original owner. 2 1 Quote

Dave Scepter Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 I wonder if this is factory or an aftermarket paint job? Quote

I didn't think Jim O'Connor used Poly but maybe for the Glow in the Dark/Black light up the lightning bolts. I have a 87 Chaparral and 89 3 pickup Californian kit (thanks PAF) refinished and would state they were refinished if I sold them. I have a stripped Vector would like finished this way. I asked my luthier before I bought it if he would refinish it. I waited over a year with guitar in his shop before he said "No, pick it up". He refreted the Californian and left burrs and need to take it to the GC luthier to have it finished. Also the neck does not seat into the body correctly. SGB Guitars in Lehigh Acres quality has fallen. He is fired. He also left layout lines on both of these guitars. I've always tipped and tried not to pester him. Ok Rant over. I apologize.
