draelyc Posted March 8 Posted March 8 My new band has our first show coming up in April, so we thought it’d be a good idea to play an open mic at a local bar as prep for the real thing. Brought my trusty USA Studio. After we did our four sounds, at least three different people stopped me either to comment on my axe or to verity “Hey man, was that a Hamer?” One dude said he couldn’t even see me from the other side of the bar, but he knew I was playing a Hamer b/c he recognized the sound. I guess it comes with being in Wisconsin, not too far from where the Hamer Magic got started. Anyway, I thought it was a cool thing. Here’s a shot of said Hamer with the band: 18 Quote
