RacerX Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Howdy gang. Here's a pair of speakers the need a new home... 2 1976 Celestion G12 M 25 Watt. A matched pair of 16ohm speakers. perfect for mixing with a pair of G12/65s in a Marshall 4x12 (that's how I got them). These are the same as the famous "black backs" (which are really the same as greenbacks) except these do not have the black plastic magnet covers, the stickers are straight on the magnets. Stand by for Celestion-geek specs...16 ohm, 75hz,T2168 frame code, BJ26 date code (feb 26th 1976),1777 cone code. I don't want to break up the pair so $300 shipped ups gnd in cont us. I have lots more pix if anyone needs em, and I can clip the shipping off for local Chicagoland pickup. Thanks! Mark.
sirDaniel Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 agreed.those, pairs with a a couple of 65s, make tonal nirvana
Caddie Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Howdy gang. Black Shadow. This was from an older Boogie Thiele cabinet and it rocked in there. Would be right at home in your hardwood Mk 2 C+. I can clip the shipping off for local Chicagoland pickup. Thanks! Mark. RacerX elbows the caddie in the ribs - "hint?, hint?"
