Buster Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 Not much interest in this little beauty? OK...make me an offer (reasonable please), let's see if we can work something out...thanks, Erik
thecajunboy Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 You're asking way too much. They sold brand new for less than that.
DavidE Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I think one sold on The Gear Page with the tube tamer, footswitch and the tube guard last week for $375 plus shipping. Here's the link:http://thegearpage.net/board/showthread.php?t=150801
black magic Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I concur, these usually sell for alot less on the used market, one of the best deals used actually, but they are great amps and handle effects very well. Jack.
Buster Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 While I understand that they go for about the $375 mark, this one has brand new JJ tubes in it which is another $65. I could put the old (stock) tubes back in it for $375 I suppose...let me know.FWIW, they didn't sell for new less than $425, nor did they come with all of the extras...maybe $500 for the amp from MF or a place like it, then an additional $35 - 40 for the Peavey cover, $25 -30 for the footswitch, and then $20 for the Tube Tamer...so you're at $580 right there, then an additional $65 for new tubes...they price at $569 on MF now with none of the above extras. I realize that they have had a chassis redesign since my particular model...but the basics are still the sameErik
Buster Posted July 11, 2006 Author Posted July 11, 2006 Please forgive my earlier rant...but I would like to move this...so, how's $375 plus actual packing and shipping costs?
hamerhead Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Erik is still a good guy, even if he goes off like a raving lunatic. And I sold my C30 (BIG mistake) for $350 WITHOUT all the stuff he's done to his. This is a helluva good deal, and it would be mine if it weren't for another in my sites.....
