phoenix Posted March 3, 2005 Posted March 3, 2005 that solid quilt Superpro is awesome, I'd never buy it though, I'd be to scared to scratch it or ding it.... Actually, its like my McInturffs. Its such a machine you dont mind wear. I've let my little girl climb on it while I'm playing. Friends and guests play it. The more people who enjoy it the better. I picked a light color so dings and paint loss wont show as much. It's not like I could sell it anyway.
hardheartedbill Posted March 3, 2005 Posted March 3, 2005 that guitar has such a cool tone, it's like a tuning fork you can play
jwhitcomb3 Posted March 3, 2005 Posted March 3, 2005 That Newport is absolutely mindblowing. The six ply binding just kills me. I wonder what "ultimate" style of binding would look like with a contrasting figured hardwood (like flamed koa) instead of abalone? -Jonathan
Mike_C Posted March 4, 2005 Author Posted March 4, 2005 They have a great site when it comes to eye candy.
HamerHokie Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Kudos to Hamer. We've seen these great custom orders on our message board for years, and Hamer is finally taking advantage of their customers' creativity by erecting this fabulous shrine. You watch - Hamer's street cred will skyrocket with the non-Hamer crowd, and the custom orders will start pouring in.
HamerHokie Posted March 4, 2005 Posted March 4, 2005 Willcutt is ordering a lot of custom orders... List the entire Hamer inventory on the Willcutt site and scroll to the bottom. Hmmm...looks familiar.
