WILLIEBUDDA Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Hi Guys! Well, I'm home after a night of barfing--apparently, I had some food that didn't jive with my system. PM or email me at williebudda at hotmail dot com for any other questions. I'm NOT really looking for trade offers at this time, but you can try me (I like Hamers, Edwards, Tokai, etc), if you have a higher end guitar, we might can arrange something with $$ on my end, etc. I'd rather sell this outright though.... This is a Heritage model guitar, I'm the second owner, it's either a 140 or 150 series (not sure, sorry!). The body is poplar and it's not exactly a goldtop, it's gold everywhere! Neck, sides, back, all gold. I purchased with the original wiring in tact, but 'unloaded' so I could put my own pups in there, I'll gladly sell it at a reduced price if you'd like that too--I personally like "HOT RODDING" my own axe!! It currently has a SD Jazz and a Suhr SSH+ in it and sounds nice! Orange drop caps, Gibson "green key' deluxe tuners, original bridge system. The body and neck are significantly thinner than most LP types and the poplar body greatly reduces the weight, I'm guessing but I'd say it's between 6-7 lbs. If you dislike heavy LP's and large necks but want the LP tone, this is your bag o' tricks! The condition is "player grade", it's been played, but not abused--no breaks or other nasties, just a few dings which don't show up because of the gold color, some very mild worming on the back that doesn't penetrate the paint. Action is low and the frets are in good shape. The case is a very nice hard TKL case, original pickguard is included as well. Here's some pics--email or pm me for any other info!! "Loaded" w/ pup's listed, case, pickguard and your choice of .09 or .10 strings--$750 shipped & paypal'd "Unloaded" (no pickups), with case, pickguard and your choice of strings---$685.00

El Kabong Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 All the photos are not visible, you cannot see the top. I read references to 'buckers and P-90s. Which ones does it take? Would you ship to Japan?
WILLIEBUDDA Posted July 18, 2007 Author Posted July 18, 2007 Hey Guys, It's routed for full sized Humbuckers--however, there's quite a few a few companies making humbucker sized P-90's so there's your solution right there!!!
Jack C Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 I can vouche for Willie. He's a great guy and a straight shooter. I had an excellent transaction with him recently. Willie's a true Southern gentleman.
DEMENTED Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 I have the exact same guitar...although mine hasn't been gold in years..it's black now. I paid $370 for mine with a horrid metaflake paint job that took forever to remove it wa sooooo thick. And then there's the fact the paint hid a broken headstock, then I broke 2 more times, painted it twice...whew, great neck on it though.
WILLIEBUDDA Posted July 23, 2007 Author Posted July 23, 2007 HERITAGE IS SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big Thanks to John! Heading your way!! :)
