Jack, the PM avenue seems closed - I keep getting an error message when I try to reply or send so here is what I wrote:

The BBE is just the unit - no manual or box (the cord is hard-wired I'm pretty sure). It looks to have a couple swapped knobs? Send me an Email addy and I can shoot a couple pics to send your way. The Tube King comes with a box, manual, and original power supply. It was made in the USA by Tube Works and is a variant of a B.K. Butler design. I have an older one that has a B.K. Butler designation on the PC board, but I'm keeping that one. Any additional questions will be answered forthwith! Thanks. Z
