Another Cruisebass knob request

So I finally get my Cruise back from my bass player, who told me a few weeks ago that he lost one of the knobs. I assumed it was one of the regular ones but it turns out it was the top knob on the dual bass/treble control (closest to the jack in this pic):

Anybody have a spare or have any idea where I can get a replacment, other than direct from EMG?
