FS 1984 USA Hamer Blitz (Hockey Stick) w/OHSC

Selling my 1984 USA Blitz with its OHSC. The guitar is in excellent condition, the only issues are small rub marks on the top horn corner and some paint deterioration below the high E tuner. The guitar's color is candy apple red, which looks amazing in person and the hardware is all black.

Guitar Specs:

• Kahler Pro with original Pro Tremolo Arm

• Dimarzio PAF in the neck and Super Distortion in the bridge

• Hockey Stick Headstock with Schaller Tuners

• Dunlop Strap-Lock System

• Low Action with 10 Gauge Strings

• Very minimal to no fret ware

The original Hamer wood and tolex hard-shell case is in good condition all latches and hinges work properly. There are a few rips in the tolex but that’s common for a 24 year old case. I have a lot of high resolution pictures, so please e-mail me and I will send you all of the pics. The guitar sounds and plays unbelievably and is a very rare find these days (I haven't seen another like it). I am asking $800 for her plus $55 for UPS Ground Shipping (with tracking #) due the size and weight of the case. I will only accept Paypal and I will only ship the guitar within the Continental US. Anyone interested let me know, since unfortunately I need to sell this guitar ASAP and I would rather not go through eBay. Thanks!

*I also have an early Wayne Charvel parts guitar that I was considering selling. It has a Strat Head Boogie Bodies AAAA Birdseye maple neck (c shaped) and fretboard from the early 80's with Sperzel locking tuners and an old school Charvel logo. The body is an early Wayne Rock Legend in a natural/unfinished Swamp Ash, hand made (with some small hand sculpting imperfections otherwise in excellent condition). It has a hardtail strings-through body Hipshot bridge. One volume control and a simple two way pickup selector switch. It has a cream pickguard with a Duncan zebra (cream/black) JB SH-4 humbucker in the bridge and a Duncan black HotRails in the neck. Lastly, it has a nickel Schaller straplock system. The guitar comes with an old 80's wood and black tolex hardshell case in great shape (all latches work etc).

I bought the guitar about six years ago from a guy who held on to the neck for over 15 years (never on a guitar or even with tuners) before he finally had a luthier put it on the early Wayne Rock Legend natural Swamp Ash body with the best hardware he could buy. I will take some pictures of the guitar tonight, post it on photobucket and add the URL to this post. If anyone is interested let me know, I would sell the guitar and case for $600 UPS Ground shipped (Continental US). Thanks

WOW ... Great looking Blitz-O-Rama!

Was the Kahler factory installed or installed afterwards?

I had a Pearl White Blitz WAY back when. (My first Hamer) This makes me wanna wring my wallet out. <_<

There are shots of the back of the guitar at his photobucket link.

The kahler looks original.

Although was this guitar one that HellRiser had done a refinish on though?

**note, not trying to rain on your parade, it is a good look instrument, just asking fellow HFC'ers to be

sure and ask your questions about it if you plan on purchasing as you should do with any guitar.

Peter.
