2TEK, standard bridge or either one is OK?

I don't have anything for sale but figured that would be one of the first questions you will get asked so may as well get it out of the way. :P

2-Tek would be nice, but I would consider the standard bridge.

This one was already snatched up by the time I got to it.....

How are these with the Gotoh Bridge?

Thanks

The Gotoh Bridgges are fine. The difference between them and the 2TEK is basically "excellent" and "more excellent."

While many prefer the 2TEK, they DO weight quite a bit more than a Gotoh Bridge due to the massive chunk of machined metal that provides string isolation with separate saddle assemblies. The Gotoh has more of a traditional Fender-ish vibe.

You'd probably be happy with either one.

I love both.........i use to have to flip a coin to see witch i would play first on gigs.

This is kinda my take on the two bridges YMMV

On harder fast kinda punk stuff i liked the Gotoh

Mellower laid back stuff ....2tek
