Well i've been working on my TT cab and it originally came with 8ohm Speakers and the Cab is 8ohms. I always like to make things hard at least make it hard on myself. I purchased or have been purchasing 16ohm speakers. So I have a couple questions.
Are the Older Marshall Cabs from the 70's 16 ohms?
I can still wire them up to make an 8ohm Cab as well right?
Tone wise does it matter if the speakers are 8ohm or 16? Or is it a matter of how they are wired to run 8 or 16ohms?
I'll have my fourth speaker here shortly the cabinet is ready to go and I can't wait to get it going.
